As you can see, this is a most unusual opportunity to get a cute, sound TB who used to being handled by a person in a wheelchair. His owner can wrap his legs and pick his feet from the chair.
The horse has clearly been very well cared for, and should make an easy transition into a therapeutic program or special-needs situation.
