We just bought a WONDERFUL gelding named Indian Art, by Art Deco, and learned that he was a stallion until last year. A USEF search has yielded a few offspring, and I’m wondering if there are more, just out of curiosity.
He’s only been in my barn a few days but “Indy” already has an extensive fan club! Lovely, sweet boy with a heckofa show record and stellar rideability.
Anyone out there have one of his babies? It’d be fun to see pictures![/QUOTE]
I am coming into this late in the game. . . We have a gorgeous 2014 colt, Indy’s Beaux Art out of the Holsteiner mare Schefflera. He is spectacular and has all the wonderful traits that I so loved in Indy! You can see pics of him on our website www.BlackWatchStables.com.
Also, if anyone is interested in frozen Indy semen, we have some.
Hi! I have a stallion by Indian Art that I bred and raised. Unfortunately he had to have surgery on a fetlock as a foal so he is just my breeding stallion. But I have his oldest (Indy grandson) out competing in eventing now. My stallion’s name is Pahkadoodle and his oldest is Little Indian Boy RSF who will be 6 yrs old this year, the next one I have is Francesca RSF and she is coming 3 this year. I also have another yearling colt, Indian Storm RSF, by Pahkadoodle.
So far all have the great temperment of Indy, their grandpa! I remember watching Indy move up the levels in eventing and always loved him!
