Curious, what indoor exercises are you working on, what do you like about that exercise?
I’ve really started incorporating canter poles into my rides lately. Enjoying working on the fan, not so much on canter poles on the long side, actually find those harder to remain supple through. Adding some cavaletti’s on the centerline to play with suppling over them and staying on a circle or serpentine.
Looking to spice up some more of our indoor rides and curious what others have been up to.
