Any recommendations for insurance for shipping frozen in particular?

Fedex, last time was $22 for $2850 of coverage. Protected until signed for by vet or delivery location. Have 24 hours to file a claim if tank is not frosty when opened or is otherwise damaged. They won’t cover weather delays but when shipping frozen overnight a one day delay is hardly risky.
