Keep in mind, though, as you research old threads, that there have been many changes made by most of the equine insurers in the past couple of years. Call a few agents who represent multiple insurance companies to get the best perspective on the current market conditions.
I am quite happy w/ my insurance company Hallmark. You probably want mortality and major medical - you cannot get Major Medical w/o mortality.
