Interesting idea. I like that Keeneland is willing to listen to both buyers and sellers and work on a sales format that is beneficial to both sides of the equation.
Will be interesting to see how it works this coming September!

I wonder how much the sellers will be allowed to lower the reserve. The article says not much, but doesn’t give an amount or a percentage. Maybe they have yet to make that decision.
