Tom Dorrance is one of the people I respect the most and I learned a lot from all that is written by hi, about him, or those who followed him.
When I see a person who I consider a horseman, they have that quality - the total focus on the horse, the ability to be the quiet leader and the desire to understand.
It is readily apparent who spent time with Tom and who did not.
