I’m looking for some advice on prepping a horse for shipping from US to UK. In November my horse and I will be moving to the UK from America. I’ve found a shipping company (IRT) and they are helping guide me in what I will need for my boy to make the trip and help arrange these things. He is older with some arthritis and his legs tend to get puffy when he is in for extended periods of time. He’s pretty good for drinking and is a great traveler so my main concern is helping him stay comfortable body wise. What are people’s tips and tricks for this type of trip?
