A Cadillac XT5 ad barges in repeatedly when I’m on this site or a linked site. I find no such ad on the side bar. Help, please.
eta. I found the ad. Mcmulkin Cadillac, local to me. It’s a black blank space until I open sites then it starts playing. There’s no way to pause it.
I see this totally, IMO, obnoxious behavior on many other sites besides here… some ad that has intrusive audio and no apparent way to pause the ad or mute the audio. Not sure that COTH or the other hosting sites can do anything about it.
Maybe an ad blocker would help (at the moment, I am not using one and maybe I should).
My desktop’s audio is permanently on mute because of this 
I actually called the advertisers (Cadillac) and a really nice woman advised me to clear some browser history. It worked and I became a smidgen more computer literate.
