You’ll love your stay at Kilcolgan Castle, Co. Galway. Be sure to have Karen take you to Oyster Point( I think that was the name of the restaurant) across the river for dinner and also some local brew & fun at the Oyster Point Hotel. Hopefully she will connect you with John Neilan who has some really nice horses for sale and as hirlings. Have a great trip!!!
