I would like to hear an up to date view on the resident trainers and the boarding situation.
Thanks!

Check out my post about moving to the LA area, there were several people who commented about the Paddock Ridging Club.
I left almost 2 years ago so I’m sure a lot as changed. I can’t comment on current trainers or management but I can answer any questions you might have regarding care, layout, scheduling, misc questions of the facilities and surrounding area, etc. Let me know if you need any help!
I just went on their website and the only new faces I see are Winter Farms and Hollywood Riding Academy. Almost everyone else has been there a while.
Be aware that though there are many riding rings there, trainers are “assigned” arenas to ride in and some of them are much less desirable than others. The nicest arena with the nicest footing and jumps is with Lincourt Stables. However, if you ride at off hours, you shouldn’t have trouble riding wherever you want.
This is a very a la cart type barn, as are most barns in LA area. Most of the trainers offer packages to supplement what the Paddock doesn’t provide (hay, water bucket service, a second daily stall cleaning since the horses are in all day, turnout, worming, etc.)
PMed! Thanks!
Thanks a lot! (Also, if you need any horse friends for the new area, hit me up!)
