Irish are ranked 3rd in eventing. http://www.wbfsh.org/files/Studbooks_Eventing_July_2019.pdf

I can’t speak for those specific horses, but an Irish Sport Horse is just one born and bred in Ireland that has been approved. They don’t necessarily have any native Irish blood, though horses with native blood are certainly accepted in that studbook.

Yes, Cruising at least is licensed by Selle Francais, and Flexible by BWP.

Yes, Flexible is licensed BWP and BWP/NAD. My Irish mare with Cruising through the fatherline is also approved BWP in Stamboek I.
