Is it a Mac problem that I can't log in to NBC Live Extra?

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh !!!

SUCCESS !!!

Re-installed Flash Player as instructed by the Flash Player help/support site (follow step by step)

Uninstall; http://help.adobe.com/flashplayer/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Install:http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Thanks Kwijibub.

Really? It’s working for both me and my husband on ours. Try closing everything that’s running in the background and shutting down your iPad. Then start it back up again and see what happens.

You did this on a PC or a Mac? Because the uninstaller is for Windows.

On a PC.

Thank, Equibrit. I followed those instructions and NADA.

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I got those after I’d already fixed the problem. NBC questioned me on the fix and then those instructions turned up. I thought they’d be a bit more turned on than that !
Between the time I first had a problem and re-installing Flash the version went fron11.3.300.256 to 11.3.300.258 - strange huh?

Still no luck on my desk top Mac, but the iPad app is working now.

But only if I had wanted to stay up all night and watch it. Still no replay.

The replay of the entire day’s dressage is now available to watch on NBC Live Extra. I’m watching Boyd now…

I can’t get on with my Macbook either. My DH’s PC laptop works, our PC desktop works, and my iPhone works, but not Macbook.

I was watching on the PC this morning but the feed kept breaking up and stuttering at important parts. My iPhone has been great, though because I can walk around the house with it - propped it up against the glasses in the cupboard and watched Olympics while I washed dishes; set it on the towel rack in the bathroom and watched the Olympics in there too. It’s really rather convenient.

I have the EXACT same problem and I am on a PC. I have all the required programs/versions, memory, DISH package, etc. I have called DISH and they basically said it was not their problem.

Since misery loves company, I feel better knowing I am not alone.

EDITED TO SAY: I officially love Equibrit. I followed the directions (amazing, but true) and everything is now hunky and dorrie!!!

I have been authenticated and NBC is awaiting my choice of Live Streaming.

[Most of the “things to do” had already been done. But I WAS blocking 3rd party cookies. And THAT was the problem!!!] SOOOO simple yet so frustrating.]
