I know it’s technically legal, but I don’t know that I’ve ever seen anyone with one. Since my horse is on the small side, I just thought something like this might be a little more tidy on us.

Yup! I think it will look nice. I’ve seen a few euro-cut pads on ponies and small horses too if you want another option.
Yes, and in fact judges and I have wondered where some we admired came from.
Truly, for all the judgment of others’ fashion choices here I’ve really only heard positives from judges when scribing.
