My barn feeds cubed alfalfa hay, but my horse just eats so fast that it has caused ulcers!! Is there a way that I can make a slow feeder for cubed hay? Or any tips/products I can buy so she eats slower?? She has a corner feeder right now, please help!!! I’m out of ideas!!
Since when does eating fast cause ulcers?
Unless of course you mean, she eats fast and then stands around with no food for the day…
Is there no way to feed real hay in small hole nets?
I use the Amazing Graze and love it:

I have also put cubes in a small hole hay net, then placed the net inside a nylon hay bag. Double bagging prevents the horse from learning to just shake the net until they all drop out.
Can it? They list a hay pellet pan, but there is zero mention of cubes on their site.
Yes, contact the maker for info.
Yes I meant she eats so fast then has a long period of time without food (until dinner) my barn feeds morning/night. I am trying to think of ideas that I can do so that I don’t have to haul in my own hay, but I want her not to go long periods of time without food, so I was just wondering about slow feeders for hay cubes… I mean if it comes down to it then I will just have to haul in my own hay, just curious if anyone had any ideas before I do that.
