Last I heard they still operate in a very pre-historic way. Still send paper catalogues and tend to be phone-only and ordering is a total s**tshow. Your best bet may be to contact a reputable brick & mortar store that sells TS and get the contact information from them.

See if those numbers work. Unfortunately, Delaware (where they are incorporated) is stingy on giving out information.
They’re old school tech-wise and have less than zero interest in dealing directly with the consumer, in my experience

I have had wonderful experiences dealing directly with Sue at Tailored Sportsman. The first time I called for advice on jodhpurs wearing and the second time to see if they could fix the knee patch on my daughter’s breeches. Both times they were incredibly helpful and the repair was done quickly and perfectly. I love supporting this American company and think their jods and breeches are incredibly well made. My daughters have three pairs each.
