I love my Saddles, and several clients in the barn have customs. I have several horses in the barn who really desperately need those saddles reflocked. Current wonderful Fitter is only able to come out once or twice a year… Is there a Fitter in Northern California who would come up here?

Robyn Drake might, she used to go to far Northern CA a few years ago. YMMV in terms of her customer service and ability to fit, but she might be willing to make the trip. 
I have no experience with the other to NorCal fitters. Your best bet would be to reach out to them directly.
I know a decade ago or so there were concerns about treading into other reps’ territories. You might run into reluctance due to that.
