I tried to load it on Firefox and had success on IE . . . Robert Dover is commentator!

Are you clicking the banner at the top that says FEI Live feed now. I was hitting the link on the page that had dressage and then jumping and it was not working but then i hit the link at the top and now I have it.

Many cable systems carry Universal Sports. It is live on TV right now.
