Is there any live Internet feed?

Hotspot Shield

If you want to watch US programs in Canada, all you have to do is use a program like Hotspot Shield. This will hide your IP address, and allow you to surf and watch tv anonymously.

I am in Canada, and I am watching the Dressage finals right now…

Your connection speed ?

For those who are blocked on their computers – at the top of the webpage for Universal Sports is a link “Find Our Channel” to see if your local NBC station is carrying the broadcast on their digital stations. Click on this link, enter your zip code and how you get your TV broadcasting - cable, roof-top antenna, dish, etc (make sure you scroll all the way down the list to find your method of receiving broadcasts), and it will tell you if you have a station that is carrying the sports broadcast.

Since Universal Sports are part of NBC, they are broadcasting it for all over-the-air (free) antenna reception for digital television on stations nationwide. Look for it on your digital NBC.3 or NBC-3 or NBC.03 station. The TV broadcast is at the same time as the schedule shown on the website.

Watching the equestrian competition in high def digital on a wide screen TV sure beats watching it on that small computer screen via internet streaming.[/QUOTE]

I got it!!! Thank You !!! We are on over the air converter box. I just went to the NBC station and clicked up.

Well, it took me over 3 hours of tinkering this evening but I have FINALLY got the feed up. On my computer it wouldn’t run in FF2, FF3 or Google Chrome, and IE was refusing to install. I ended up having to uninstall MS Silverlight, do a regedit, download a tool from MS that did another different regedit, then install IE8, which couldn’t install its own updates but installed enough so I can watch the damn feed. For the record I put in a help request 48 hours ago and never heard anything back from their CS.

FWIW I watch streaming video on this computer ALL the time on other sites without difficulty.

Ah well - working now, so let the games begin!

If you can bear to wait a few hours, they are putting video up for on demand viewing and no hassles getting it to work or out of pocket expenses.

Me? WAIT? Nah, I’d rather hassle and fix it, but then I’m geekily-inclined and the Mysteriously Noninstalling IE has been bugging me since IE7 came out - just never had time to sit down and git’er’dun!

Glad it’s working for everyone now.

Once I got it to run my feed has been exceptional – clear, smooth, no stalls. And my connection is far from spectacular.

is the feed going now?

They lied to us again - not starting until 10.

I have video but no sound is anyone else having this problem??

I too have video but no sound

I don’t have sound on mine either.

Caitlin

no sound here

No sound, WTF? Whoever gets sound, please post!

I refreshed the site and had sound for the commercial… but not for the competition.

No sound here either, and my COTH Twitter updates are just a minute or so ahead of the action on the video.

This’ll be our test of the viability of Twitter… I just twtd COTH & a few others who are there to tell Universal the audio’s hosed.

Sucked without audio but sucks even more without audio AND video.

all okay here now!

I BELIEVE IN THE RUN!! I really do.

Now, back to my original question: Is there ANY live Internet feed?:lol:
