Ditto Chunky Monkey… too much bling, in hunters the only “brilliance” the judge wants to see is the horse’s performance, not the rider’s attire. For equitation, nothing that would distract the judge-like a sparkly helmet.

I think the helmets with the glittery piping (Kaley Cuoco has one) are subtle, sparkly, and gorgeous. I wouldn’t do sparkle in hunters, but it would be fun for show jumping. I personally do not like this helmet because it is such a thick chunk of glitter, but you can do whatever you want in jumpers 
And I just fiddled around with the samshield customizer on their website. My dream helmet would be over 2200$ hahahaha my two current horses cost that much combined!

I love sparkle, but unless its in jumpers–it’s too much.
Definitely too much sparkle. Even for the jumpers. If they really want some sparkle, they could get the Jr8 in black and get a sparkly helmet monogram (which is only like $10).
I like it but it may get dated quickly and then no one will want it.
