Issues with Boehringer Ingelheim Rebates?

I tried to submit a rebate request for Equioxx on the Boehringer Ingelheim page, but I keep getting it rejected. It says,

Then it says,

immediately followed by my own address, as if I am supposed to mail the (non)missing info to myself. ??

Is anyone else having issues with this lately?

Yeah, I tried to look up rebate info for Ulcerguard because Smartpak sent an e-mail touting the rebate, and it said something like “this product not eligible for rebate.” IDK what’s going on with them.

Very strange. I wonder if SmartPak would know anything.

I had an issue last year because they said it was outside of the date range (it wasn’t). I called them and had my rebate in less than 10 minutes.

I called the number that was on the rebate - since I think its managed by another company.

That’s so obnoxious. Not the same company, but I had issues in the fall with Adequan rebates (and was able to resolve them by emailing this address, in case anyone needs Adequan help: inmarrebatecenter@inmar.com). In my case, they couldn’t or wouldn’t understand that a 7-pack of Adequan would show up as one item in the receipt, rather than 7x a single dose. It was very annoying. I know they hope you will not follow through if they make it difficult, but I am stubborn about these things on principal, even if it’s only $20.
