Brand new arc de triomphe napoleon bridle, black, on ebay now for $315, which is 1/2 the retain cost. Sale ends in a couple of hours. Wish we didn’t have some many bridles or else we’d bid on it. Just out of curiosity, does duett EVER make anything other than a wide? I have a local place with el cheapo dutetts, but never other than a wide. I own neither a draft horse, nor a moor pony, and it would be nice to see if a medium or medium wide duett would fit my boy.

Well their range is 32cm to 42cm for the Fidelio model. The 32cm is a med wide - so you should check that place out and try out some saddles !!

We live on the hot, humid Texas Gulf Coast. Last summer was especially bad. My horses did not TOUCH their salt blocks - either white or mineral. I supplemented electrolytes all summer. I finally broke down and bought some “Himalayan salt” from SmartPak - and my horses immediately started using them, have not quit, and drink much more water in their stalls overnight.
And then I found virtually the same thing on Ebay - and it works out to about HALF what I paid on SmartPak. It’s 24 lbs (6 ‘spools’) so those with just one horse may want to go in with someone, but $51 including shipping! I bought some in Feb and they are bigger than the ones I got from SmartPak. The seller shipped very promptly.
