I may be late to the game and maybe someone has already said this, but I figured something out just now. Once in awhile I’ve watched a video with Tristan Tucker and there was something familiar about him that I couldn’t quite pin down. But I finally figured it out.
He totally reminds me of an Australian Mr. Rogers in how he talks! …Or maybe I shouldn’t have an IPA with dinner?
It’s been a while since I’ve watched a Tristan Tucker video, so I just watched a bit of one and I can see what you mean. He’s very Mr. Rogers-like, in an Australian sort of way.
Aw! I totally see it (hear it) too. I love Mr. Rogers, and I really like Tristan Tucker as well. I never saw the similarity until you mentioned it, but I do get it. It’s that gentle, soothing way he speaks. He’s always so calm. I mean, he will throw a few curse words in there now and then, but when he does it catches you by surprise because he’s so calm and even-toned even then, LOL. Sometimes I have a hard time staying awake during his videos, not because they’re uninteresting, but because his voice is so relaxing.
