It's that time of year, when people (read I) want to buy silly things

I was looking at Amazon, and found this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QLGW6ZO?dpID=41T-PG3ydEL&dpSrc=sims&preST=SL500_SR112%2C160&refRID=C5D8DSBXE3DWDQY33RFZ&ref_=pd_lutyp_im_1_3

It’s cute, and festive, but I’m not sure how the ASB diva will accept it.

If any of you have had these, how did your horse accept it, and what did you do to help them along that acceptance path? I’m thinking the bells might be an issue.

Anyone have other fun things you do for holidays?

I have one!

Horsey did not appreciate!

Setting my sights a bit loftier this year…don’t know if I’m going to follow thru.

2 year old registered Black Peruvian Paso colt for $500 - owner can no longer afford - only issue is he is across the country from me. Checking into quotes from UShip…I must be crazy

I wore a reindeer antler headband to the barn one day and when I walked in the indoor one of the horses spooked at me and spun and was traumatized from then on. He couldn’t even LOOK at me without thinking I was going to sprout antlers and try to stone cold murder him.

I just sent my DH a honey-do for the day: Shop for a turkey hat that will fit the dog’s head.

He asked me why. I told him because she’s a jive turkey. He told me that was fair enough.

I have those, or a version of it. My horses don’t mind wearing them. They’re good for holiday cards. Mine you stick the ears into the antlers so they move around. Very cute.

Here, I just made it easier for you.

It’s cheaper here:

Yes, I DID save money - AND, they have a checkout option to use my Amazon information!! So easy! And I feel better that “one more online store” doesn’t have my CC info.

I’m in trouble now…

How about how creepy the stare is on this horse mannequin? Nightmare fuel!

More on topic, I’ve put a human santa hat on my horse (pinned to his halter) and he tolerated it begrudgingly. But I did simultaneously feed him a candy cane so I think that made up for it
