You will love love love love love it! Just over 600 pages of the best Jilly since Riders and Rivals. Rupert C-B in all his glory.
$47.99 for hardcover?!
I’ve added it to my list - hopefully used copies will come up soon - or eventually. I have the majority of hers in hardcover, and would like to be consistent in the format (+ having it on Kindle on my phone is just ENTIRELY too tempting! )
Where?!! Can I get a hardcover copy? Please…I don’t do e-readers. I will pay!
I got mine on eBay, $25 from the UK.
I agree!!! It is w o n d e r f u l!!! I have it on the Kindle and always end up staying up way too late to read it!

Off to eBay!!! Thank you
ETA: Found and ordered! Thanks again.
I got mine from amazonuk.com for approx $27.00 US delivered all import fees etc paid using Amazon global delivery.
I got mine from Amazon.uk for that same price.
And yes, it was just lovely. It was everything I wanted it to be. It’s so not meaningful or heavy but it’s well written and vivid and full of heart (and stuff, lol)
Slight hijack–i have never read Jilly Cooper but I want to based on all the things I’ve see. On COTH about it. I see on Amazon some of the other titles are available used for cheap, so which one do y’all recommend? Are they chronological or can they be enjoyed at random?

Chronological is best. If nothing else, read Riders.

Must say, the cover of Riders makes me crack up a bit
Great news! Just bought Kindle version for $15.22, and really appreciate the full listing of her horsey books, there a couple on it I haven’t read yet.
Some of them are more horsey than others, but they all involve the same characters/ universe.
I really liked Riders and Polo, but I could not get into Jump.
Is Mount really as good as the Riders/Polo books?

I did not realize they were the RUTSHIRE Chronicles. That is hilarious
Judging by the reviews, I’m thinking this is a little bit saucy?!
