Victor Bergeron, our 9(ish)yo GSD had a very concerning radiologist report come in today. Looking like bone cancer in his LF, which we finally x-rayed after a month of lameness that didn’t improve with acupuncture, laser, and pain meds He’s had on and off lameness on this leg since we adopted him which has always improved with those treatments so we did not rush to x-ray it.
He has an appointment with the best surgery/oncology clinic in our area next Wednesday where we’ll do another X-ray and hopefully a biopsy.
He’s the absolute bestest boy and we cannot lose him at such a relatively young age. He’s incredibly healthy otherwise and even if we need to amputate we’re ok with that.
