We adopted Hershey about 8 weeks ago. He is at NCSU for radiation (thyroid) today, and will need some dental work once the radiation is complete.
Our Brownie had 2 rounds of radiation at NCSU and we had an extra 4 years with him. Hershey is very early stage, so we are hoping for great results.
If you can send some jingles, it would be appreciated.

He’s beautiful. I hope he feels better soon.
Hershey returns to NCSU on Monday and will be there until at least Thursday. They are very confident, with his numbers, that they might be able to completely knock this out.
I do feel bad for him, because he is not even completely settled in our house yet, and ~4 days in the hospital will be very stressful. And, of course, we have his dental surgery to look forward to after the radiation.
