Does anyone have any tips to actually get the livestream to work? I’ve now paid for 2 annual subscriptions and everytime I log into my account, it says I have no subscriptions! Very aggravating! I’ve emailed them but not sure it will be resolved before our baby horse shows tomorrow.
Any tech advice would be appreciated!
They are usually pretty good about responding. I think they will have to solve the issue. I had a problem where I had to keep resetting my password, couldn’t log in on my phone, etc. It was a weird glitch that they figured out and fixed for me very promptly (once I got frustrated enough to contact them. Lol)
I have this exact same problem. How did you fix it? And did you call or email to get help? Thanks for any info you can give.
I emailed and they were able to refund my second subscription, which is helpful but I still can’t search my horse. Also, they only livestream the derbies, not the individual rings.
Well, the baby was 7th & 4th in the speed bumps classes and 4th in the hack! Not bad for his very first show! fingers crossed for videos later
