My Facebook feed has been blowing up with posts about her. Allegedly she leases or purchases horses on payment and flips them, or reports them as being dead (which they may or may not be). Then she threatens to sue for slander and defamation
Joanna Grace Bieger, 32, of Sumter, S.C., is wanted for felony obtaining property by false pretense according to a news report.

Apparently she has been doing this for some time and there are multiple victims going back a couple years according to the Facebook posts.
