John Deere issued a Stop Sale/Stop Use Bulletin for tractor models 1023E, 1025R and 2025R built between November 1, 2017 and September 30th, 2022.

Tractor forums I visit have been talking about people experiencing this bellcrank problem for years. Deere finally decided that brake failure was enough of a safety issue to warrant a reaction from corporate.
I got an email this morning from my JD dealership.
Basically to check the faulty part and if we have had any issues. I think I’m going to buy a backup part until this mess is figured out.
I really don’t use brakes that often, mainly parking and getting out of gear, plus flat land. So not going to stop using tractor.
