Jodi is judging our first show of the year in two weeks. I just found out that clinic rides are available on the Monday after the show. Is anyone familiar with her? The search function doesn’t seem to be working for me ATM. Thanks for any info!

She is based in MN. A lot of people like her as a judge.

I have shown to her and found her pleasant.
As a show manager, she’s on my hire list from being easy to work with. I haven’t been in a clinic with her yet though but I would sign up for once based on my other interactions.

Thanks all! I haven’t really ridden with a judge, so it might be interesting, especially since I can review my tests and see how she thinks I can up my scores.

We absolutely love showing under her! We specifically look for shows where she is judging. Sadly, she is not within reasonable driving distance from us this year.
The first time I rode in front of her, my guy was having a meltdown, so I asked to ride HC. She came out of the box after the ride and talked to me and explained the scoring and imparted some very needed words of encouragement.

I love Jodi! She is a great clinician - enthusiastic, fun, lots of energy. She has experience with a huge range of horses and helped me a lot with my last mare. My only complaint is that she is a little harder to lesson with now that she is a judge - I would jump on the opportunity
