a couple of days ago, I found a list that listed USA judges who were AQHA and lots of other associations also listed beside their names ie NRHA etc… I can not remember where I saw this. Anyone else any ideas? Thanks!!
You can usually search for a list with the registry you’re looking to show with.

Normally looking at the aqha list you can see what a judge specializes in and say they specialize in reining, there’s a good chance they will be an NRHA judge as well.
Not the exact answer you were looking for but I don’t know of a list you described.
