How are they? Have they held up? Decent quality?

The ones I bought over 15 years ago look almost like new after all these years in an outdoor ring. I have no idea if they are still the same quality.
PVC rails do tend to sag over time if not stored with supports along the full length. If you plan on leaving the jumps set up with the PVC poles just supported at the end by jump cups just be aware of this happening over time. Jump PVC does say that you can insert wood into their PVC pipe to add support and weight.
My experience with PVC rails at lesson barns is that some horses will quickly lose respect for the hollow pipes. I use PVC pipe for ground lines along with wood rails in the cups above them.
And if you plan to use PVC as trotting poles, let me tell you about my Clydesdale cross who amuses himself by seeing how far he can send them flying.
This is not a negative comment at all about Jump PVC, just information about PVC rails versus wood rails.
