What is the difference between a ‘swelling’ and a ‘filling’?
I thought the former was any kind of soft-tissue edema. But a “filling” involved tendons/ligaments/joints?
I can’t rightly recall, please one of you more experienced in these terms explain? Thanks!

There is no difference to 99% of racetrackers. If you want to bonk someone on the head with a dictionary you can say filling causes swelling or something petty like that, but most use the terms interchangeably.
