I have been off the show scene for a while, and have a quick question that I’m unable to find in the USEF rulebook. May a single horse/rider combination enter an individual class more than once, either competing against him or herself or simply receiving the best of the multiple scores?
no…you can enter the same class with different horses but not the same combo

No. If there is a TOC class you can do the same test in the TOC but it’s pinned with the other TOC entries.

Some TOC classes will note that they only include tests not otherwise offered. In that case, it’s not a second shot at Training Level 3, but a way to ride whichever less common tests don’t have their own class: Children’s, Pony’s, USEF 4 y/o Test, etc.

Check to be sure, but most shows allow any test at a specified level.
