I ordered Tuccis last year from them and Equiline breeches this year. I’ve recommended them to friends as well. They have great prices, they do take awhile to ship but Aga is very easy to contact via email if you have questions.

Took forever to ship and very poor communication. Won’t order again.

I ordered from them this year and last year - Animo breeches and they have been wonderful! Even had a return and they shipped me the size I needed.

I have ordered from them and will again. Not speedy shipping by any means but I found them to have good customer service and good communication. The prices and selection can’t really be beat.

I’m with APirateLooksAtForty. I’ll never order from them again. I placed an order at the beginning of December and did not have my item in hand until close to March and there were MANY emails and follow ups involved to get it.

I ordered a merino saddle pad. It took them a couple weeks to inform me the item was out of stock but that they would have it in a few more weeks. I said fine, I can wait. More than a few weeks AFTER their promised time frame and several follow up emails later, I received the shipment, but they sent the wrong item. Same brand pad, just in a different style than I ordered. My order receipt clearly stated the style that I wanted. They just picked the wrong pad off the shelf.

I contacted them and told them it was not what I ordered and asked them what they wanted me to do with the pad they sent. I offered to ask around at my barn to see if someone wanted it and suggested they let me know the lowest possible price they would take for it. They told me the list price which I found petty (A couple years back I had an international seller send me the wrong style CO vest and they offered a great deal to just re-home it rather than ship it back). In the end, I got the pad sold for them at their list price. Over a month after that, I finally got the item I ACTUALLY ORDERED. Never did they offer me anything for the trouble and hassle I went through to HELP THEM avoid the cost of sending the incorrect item back. In this case, CUSTOMER SERVICE involved the customer servicing them. What a nightmare.

Whatever the savings was, it was not worth the hassle and time.

Amira Equi has similar savings and great customer service.

I ordered a coat from them and it came faster than I thought it would, and luckily it fit. I’ve also had good luck with Equiporium.

When did you order from Equiporium? I ordered circa 2014 and had AMAZING customer service. Then again in 2016. I am assuming the company changed hands because it was HORRIBLE. I absolutely 1000% discourage ANYONE from buying from that scam shop. Genine is basically a crook. Doesn’t answer emails, the phone, Facebook messages. Deletes every comment of people begging for their stuff/received the wrong item on their Facebook page. I basically had to harass her and have the parent company of the product I purchased (DeNiro boots) contact her to get my product. Seriously, I HIGHLY discourage anyone from being a patron of Equiporium. Just fyi :lol:
