The barn that I’m at is in desperate need of a Hunter Jumper trainer,where is the best place to advertise or look for one? We or located in the Kansas City area.
Hi, I am an eventer in KC. My trainer is Carlie Beisel at Settlers Acres in Greenwood (I haul in). Isn’t Seven Oaks a hunter/jumper barn? Are you new to the area? Where in KC?
Carlie is amazing! You just couldn’t do any better. If I could take time off from work, I would go spend a few weeks with her. I would walk through fire if that woman told me to do it. Barring getting Carlie, I guess for hunter stuff, Julie Pickering also does nice work.

We are looking for a trainer to teach and ride at our barn. The barn is located 20 mins from downtown.

Go to the shows and network. American Royal is coming up soon and may be a good opportunity for that. I only know of instructors who own their facilities so I can’t recommend anyone who would travel to do lessons at your facility.
