Seriously, I spoke with her today, and she says that several team riders are still trying to get ahold of extra tickets for family and friends. If anyone has Olympic eventing tickets they aren’t going to be able to use, please send me a PM ASAP. Thanks!

I can’t see why equestrian would be an exception to this…
As I watched today and saw the empty seats, I was confused as to why. I had friends at Salt Lake and Atlanta and EVERYTHING was packed. The article mentioned it, but I’d be :mad:x1,000,000 to have paid $$$$$ for just any ticket to have a bunch of corp tix sitting on someone’s desk and blank seats below me. Glad I didn’t go over.
I hope everyone was able to get their hands on a few… It would be utter, complete ________ for riders to work so hard and there be wasted tickets. Hopeful squirrels, officials, and a handful of people aren’t the only spectators for Cross Country
Go TEAM USA (and Lord Coe)!!!
A lot of today’s spectators weren’t in their seats because they were walking the XC course, per H & H forum posts. And probably a lot were “corporate” seats and the potential users just weren’t interested in eventing dressage. I also noticed that the stands emptied after Mary King, the last Brit today, did her test.
