Have been noticing quite a few being RNA for 0 bids. Is this common that several mares and youngsters don’t get any bids?? are they that bad??

37 got no bids in January (41 in September) and 34 last November compared to 17 so far this sale so it actually looks to be a little better on that front so far.

Perry Martin was around quite a bit at Fasig and last week at Keeneland, he really seems to be serious about supporting Chrome. He picked up an Inside Information daughter (the $225,000 Empire Maker mare) and the rest seem to have nice first or second dams so Chrome will at least be getting quality mares next year (not that that was in doubt with China Horse Club and Taylor Made’s big client base behind him in addition to other partners).

Well definitely a market correction going on at the end. I understand the ins and outs, but I still really feel for the consignors. That’s a bitter pill to swallow.
