They can talk all they want, but when individual trainers are ruled off the track for coming up with a bad drug test or two or three , then reinstated promptly, or go to another state and get nailed there, racing is begging for a national standard and enforcement. All the reach out to the public in the world is not going to endear them to John Q Public.
