In a non-horse context, I heard that Kelly’s Ford Inn was sold again and recently had a “soft opening” Does anyone know if this is true, or more importantly, if the equestrian center is coming back?
I don’t see any evidence online - their webpage is down and their Facebook dormant since 2019 - but was hoping someone knew more. It was such a lovely facility, despite the flooding issues.

It’s was (is?) in Remington VA, just north of Culpeper. It used to hold USEA recognized horse trials and local (VHSA) H/J shows, before being sold at auction to RE developers and closed several years later.
No but I did the recognized event there once and the xc was phenomenal so I hope it comes back.
XC was great as long as it didn’t flood! I wish they would get a knowledgeable investor in there, it has the potential to be a lovely facility again.

I pretty swure that video is referring to Nov 2018 or 19
at 1:09 it refers to the current owner saying it was booking for the current year of 2018
Yes I believe it was sold at auction in 2017, and then stayed open a couple year after that
