A friend of mine was on the far side of the ropes and happened to be taking video. Such a close call but he fought tooth and nail to stay on. What a gem of a horse to freeze and help him, then immediately turn around and finish the combo.

I’m so excited to see a pony out there! A 14.2h pony is honestly my favorite size for my stubby 5’1 legs, and this pony is so full of running.

On that coffin, I saw a rider take the right hand side and it looked like she didn’t jump that house ou of the water. Can that be? If so, why isn’t anyone else going that way? Or did I just not see it correctly?
Is the feed frozen for anyone else?
very impressed with Katie and Landjaeger - with two more years of experience, this combo could be a strong pair for Canada at WEG

Jess took the right side option as the first rider on course. Most everyone else is going left with generally poor results. I’m about ready to rip my hair out if I see another Canadian go left and miss that final jump in the line.
The announcers have been saying the left side is more direct but also didn’t walk well, and I’m surprised word hasn’t gotten back that it’s not going well for most that choose that path… or there’s some other reason to avoid the right.
