KER Rite Trac

Any reviews of this product? My horse has been battling severe squamous and glandular ulcers for a year. After months of treatment he was able to be slowly weaned off omeprazole while staying on sucralfate to help with the last glandular ulcer. We tried taking him off that but he started to exhibit symptoms after a couple weeks so is back on it. Looking for a supplement for maintenance as my vet and I agreed since he is only 4 1/2 years old we would prefer to find a supplement that can help for maintenance rather than keep him on drugs forever if we can help it. I had him on Alimend but that evidently did nothing. I am very curious about Rite Trac though!

I used it on my mini for a bit after he was treated for both kinds of ulcers. It did not seem to do much for him and he started to have some symptoms return. I did not have him scoped again as it takes a lot out of him and he had already been through alot with a difficult tooth extraction and sinus infections among other things, so I don’t know for certain if the ulcers had returned. Right now he is on Manna Pros BeneGest and Ulcergard (the pellet supplement, NOT the medication) and is MUCH happier.

I used it for an ulcer prone horse while he was on layup, for preventative. I didn’t have any problems. He had previously been on Equishure, so I just switched to add the stomach buffering part.
