Hello -

I’ve posted about this previously but it’s been quite a while, and it was with limited success. Does anyone know/work with/have contact info on Kevin Joy? I have one of his old TBs.

Kevin was my gelding’s last owner/trainer. He was the one to retired him from the track at 13 yrs old. My gelding just turned (according to the jockey club anyway) the tender age of 32 with the new year. I thought I would try to send an update to Kevin in case he was interested. My gelding is doing well and is what I would call quite ‘spry.’ I’ll hold on any more elaboration just in case the interest is lacking.

No, his registered name is Marathon Wish. He is originally a CAD bred. Calamber thanks for the info, I’ll check it out.

He used to be based out of Charles Town, as Calamber said. I did not know he was no longer training. The operation I worked for 10+ years ago had horses with him, but I’ve since lost contact. I should probably look and see if your horse was one of the ones from my former employer, although I don’t recall that name.

His last start was nearly a year ago at Charlestown.

I used to have his contact info, I can look tomorrow and see if I still have it somewhere. I know a while back I put him in touch with someone who had one of his old horse and he was very happy to get that info.

He is on facebook, and I have some mutual friends so if all else fails you could contact him that way.
