Kudos to Adams Pet/Horse Supply!

Just wanted to put in a good word about great customer service at Adams.

I had noticed that Adams had some of their boots on sale for $30 off on their Facebook page. I had tried a few times to get into the website to order a pair, but the site was unavailable. This morning, I was able to get in but the boots were not on sale anymore. I went ahead and ordered a pair, but also messaged Adams and asked about getting the sale price since I had been unable to open their website to purchase the boots previously.

Their customer service messaged me back that they were redoing a new website and since I was not able to use the current website to order the boots before the sale was over, they would honor the sale price.

Yay Adams!

I messaged them back to thank them and let them know that I would be posting a positive review of their customer service here.

They’re great. Really great. I’ve always been happy with their service, they have great prices, and will occasionally do a staggered sales discount on their clearance items which is amazing. (5% if you buy two things, 10% if you buy three, 15% if you buy four, etc.)

Awesome! I saw that sale and meant to order a pair of boots, but forgot. I hope they run it again. I’ve had wonderful customer service from them in the past.

I’ve never had anything but great customer service from Adams … sometimes it takes a while to get something (they don’t keep everything on the website in stock), but they’re terrific to talk to.

Wow. That is great customer service.

Bad timing that their site did not work while they were having a big sale but good of them to extend the sale price.
