Union Rags has been standing at Lanes End. His fee is at $60K this year, he has G1 winners (including derby starter Free Drop Billy), and was the #2 second crop sire last year. Papa Clem is at stud in California; Santiva is at stud in Indiana. Both only covered a few mares last year.

Re: Uncle Sigh. Mike Repole has a good record of doing right by his horses. He retired Notacatbutallama to a fan, he sponsored Overdriven’s career change with New Vocations, and so on. It is not uncommon for him to even claim a horse to retire them, as he did with Be Bullish, Readtheprospectus, etc. He’s also actively involved with several aftercare programs. I feel confident that Uncle Sigh has a safety net.

yes, agreed on uncle sigh. he has been doing very well for them since claimed into their barn. I am guessing he is very much enjoyed by his connections. I love his name too, neat horse!

Irish War Cry just won the Pimlico Special.

yes he did

Thunder Snow happened to win the Dubai World Cup, and I believe is targeting a number of European group races this year?

Also, just noting, those 4 and 5 year olds who raced in 2017/2018, but have recently gone “dark” in terms of activities like published works and entries-- I wouldn’t necessarily be alarmed or give up hope on them. There are plenty of benign reasons they might have as much as a year off. Especially when the horses showed such great ability earlier in their careers.

yes which is why he listed above as still racing
