I found a home for my aggressive rooster a few months ago. Before that, one of my hens was lame, I believed due to his actions. But today she turned up lame again. Right leg or foot. Looked at it but can’t see any injury. Any hints? She can’t perch up, I put her into a nesting box for the night.
Did you check for bumblefoot?

If there’s not an obvious bumble type deal, it may just be a soft tissue thing. Kinda like a badly sprained ankle or bowed tendon. Rest should help

She has some of her feathers pecked off her back, I cleaned that spot and put some ointment on it.
