Does anyone know anything on this particular brand or how it’s held up? Or any personal experience with the brand itself? Thank you!
I have an older Laser dressage saddle that I really like. It’s very comfortable and has an adjustable tree. In fact, I need to try it on my young horse.
Has it held up well? I just want to make sure I’m investing in a good reputable brand.
Yes, it is a high end brand. I bought it used so I am not sure how old it is. But the leather is still soft. The only negative I have heard about these saddles is that sometimes the adjusting mechanism fails. But as I said, mine still works, and it is likely 20+ years old.
I have a Laser Rendezvous that I bought slightly used about 5 years ago. Cleaned up, the leather looks brand new. Stitching too. Nice, well-made, quality saddle.
I just haven’t heard of the saddle brand so I know nothing about it.
Are they wool flocked?
I can’t find where it says it and the Eagle Monoflap isn’t listed in the saddles sections.
Call or email them. It’s probably a discontinued model but Libby is super helpful and can tell you anything you want to know. They’ll talk to you about their saddles even if you’re buying used from somewhere else.
