What’s up with the indoor accessory?
I emailed the other day - trying to get confirmation of my shipping date. The rep responded that the dates may be pushed back … again …
Letseeeeeeeee, I was recently on their website and read a rant from a person who later talked to a rep and then “walked back” her rant. I PMed her to ask about the situation and she said that SOLOSHOT was having some issues with software that was beyond their control (they had a contractor who wasn’t delivering). I emailed another person at SOLOSHOT to ask why no one has contacted me about my shipping address since I was in the first wave and I haven’t heard back yet. Clearly, they won’t be shipping in the time frame they suggested in the last update. We should be getting a new update tomorrow afternoon, as their monthly updates seem to be at the last minute on the last day of the month.
But wait a second - contractors are COMPLETELY in their control. I call BS on that one. If I told my clients that I was missing a delivery date because one of my subcontractors did not deliver, I would be fired. This company doesn’t seem to understand that they need to actually come through on their promises.
I am trying to hold on, but if this slips again I am going to ask for a refund. It is just insane that they can’t get their act together and actually produce the product.

I received a shipping address confirmation email today! It said something about sending me a tracking number within 14 days of confirming my address. Fingers crossed!

So glad I just went ahead and bought th ePixio last winter! It has been an invaluable tool as far as being able to watch my rides. My $200 Sony camera is fully compatible zooms in/out as needed and the Pixio is super easy to set up. To the poster who mentioned battery drain: if you turn it on briefly after charging it, it will hold its charge. (It recommends this in the user manual) I use mine in a 100 by 200 foot outdoor ring and only time I wont use it was in the height of summer when it was so hot I didn’t think it was good for the equipment to be out in the sun. Though I considered setting up some umbrellas so that the camera and beacons were in shade!

I can’t believe you all still are waiting on your Solo Shots. I’d have demanded a refund a long time ago. Keep us posted on if your finally get them or if there are more delays.

Could someone give me an idea of what equipment is involved and the cost of setting it all up.
Great news!! I hope I get my info about the delivery soon too!! And I hope it was worth waiting for it 
After waiting 14 months for my SOLOSHOT, I gave up and requested a refund. They were prompt about it. After reading the reviews on the Pixio and good advice offered here on how to use it, that’s what I will be ordering.
I’ve got a soloshot2 so the wait hasn’t been bad for me.

Well, I received my address confirmation email tonight. Supposedly, it’ll ship to me in 14 business days. We’ll see… Flight, we can compare notes when it comes.

Yay! Flight and J-Lu - let’s be sure to compare notes! I got my address confirmation email this past week, as well. So, hopefully we’ll be seeing these arrive by early November. I’m really excited! I was thinking about starting a FB group specifically for Soloshot EQUESTRIAN users - any interest? Might be easier to keep track of posts than here on COTH. There are already some SS3 groups but they are mixed users, so I’d prefer one for my actual purpose (most of the the time). I’ve done some special settings with my SS2 to get the frame right for catching the whole horse and rider, and I’d assume we’ll be doing some of that with SS3 as well (since horses are a LOT taller than a surf board or running on a soccer field!)

may I join??? I don’t know when I get mine, not sure if my husband was one of the earliest buyers, but I would love to exchange experiences. So excited about it!! I decided agains mirrors because of the hurricanes so this will be such a great feed back for daily training
