Layover Farms en route to TN from VT

I’m going down for the 2nd year in a row to Rogersville, TN for a week-long clinic. Only difference this year is I’ll be solo, last year I went down with a friend of mine and her gelding. Because there was two of us (and because of COVID) we drove straight through last year and just stopped every 3ish hours for 30 minutes or so to let the horses rest, which worked out fine. However, I don’t think I want to try that solo this year, so I need a layover farm somewhere along the way.

My route is basically almost entirely I-81S:

I need a layover farm somewhere around the halfway to 2/3’s way point, so very southern PA, the western tip of Maryland or northern Virginia. Mare motel or paddock turnout is preferable: my guy will stall but I’d prefer to allow him the option to move around, have a roll, etc.

Any suggestions/good recommendations?

I have known several people who stayed at Pheasant Field with positive reviews. They are near Carlisle, PA.
